Come and explore with Feldenkrais Method ™ in this 5 WEEK class that will help you experience sitting as more easeful and enjoyable. Whether your job is seated, drive frequently for long periods or just want to sense more of yourself in sitting, and feel more comfortable, this class will help! These hips were made for walking
This 8 week exploration of the hips and pelvis will explore walking, standing and organizing ourselves from the central fulcrum of the body. Explore how this fundamental part of your body creates freedom (or not!) for everything you do. You may even find its connected to your head and feet!
